Motif 13 - 25 Motif Challenge

I can't believe we're nearly half way through August!  Where have the year gone!  I am still working on my Craftree Mystery TAL but took a break to do some test tatting for Elaine P Gan (Tatting Box).  Elaine's first doily pattern is made up of seven motifs.  Here is my first motif for the doily.  Now to tat the others :).

    Yes, time flies! I like the motif, yours and Sue's. I saw the whole doily on facebook and didn't like it as much as the individual motifs. Maybe tatting it in two colours will show the structure better.

    What size thread did you use ?

      Thanks muskaan :). It was done in size 20. The purple is another new thread :). I feel I must use up my size 20 stash before I can buy more in size 40 :).
