Joining Renulek Summer Napkin

Finally found some time to join the Renulek Summer Napkin tat-along.  I decided to tat this using coloured thread.  Definitely more exciting with colours :).  Here's mine after round 2 :).

For this napkin, I am using #20 Lizbeth thread: colours #620 Azalea Medium and #684 Leaf Green Medium.

All the posts for the Renulek Summer Napkin can be found here.  You will need to scroll all the way to the bottom for the first round.

Next round 3 :).

That's it for now.  Thanks for visiting my blog :).

Cheers,
Jenn :).

  3. Jenn, I am still amazed at how neatly you have managed to make the "thrown" rings & chains in this last round !!! You don't seem to have used the SLT either, to get the green ring on green chain & pink rings on pink chain ?!
    Superb :-)

    1. Thanks muskaan :). The thrown rings are not perfect but hopefully they will look ok after I block it :). Actually I did use SLT to switch between the colours to get this effect :). I want the green chain/ring to look like leaves :).

I've just read all your blog entries and want to commend you on being able to keep a blog and share your projects as you learn. It's really inspiring.

Love your tatting. Hope to see more.

    1. Hi Dot :),

Thank you kindly for your kind words :). I'm still reasonably new to tatting and using this blog to keep track of my tatting :). Kind of like a tatting diary :). You should create a blog for tatting too :). Would love to see some of your tatted work :).
